[Public Notice on Hegang Scrap Lithium Battery Processing Project, with a total annual processing capacity of 18,000 mt in two phases] Recently, Heilongjiang News Network published a public notice seeking comments on the draft environmental impact report for the "Scrap Lithium Battery Recycling Project of Heilongjiang Chain Energy Technology Co., Ltd." in Hegang City. The advancement of this project holds significant importance for the industrial development and resource recycling in Hegang City. The project is located in Nanshan District, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, and is divided into two phases of construction. Phase I involves the construction of one production line for processing scrap lithium batteries, with an annual processing capacity of 6,000 mt. Phase II involves the construction of five production lines, including production lines for processing scrap cathode pole pieces and scrap anode pole pieces, with an annual processing capacity of 6,000 mt for scrap cathode pole pieces and 6,000 mt for scrap anode pole pieces, respectively.
